Why Stop Smoking
There are many things about the reasons why stop smoking that should be known. Did you know if smoking can increase the tendency to get colds and flu? According to research, if someone were active smokers, would be at risk of more frequent colds, bronchitis and flu. Unconsciously you can also transmit the disease to others. Infectious virus can be transmitted through the cigarette smoke that you spend.

Smoking while pregnant will lower the amount of oxygen available for the mother and the baby. As a result, the baby's heart rate will increase which risk of premature birth and death increases.
